Our meads:
A refreshing new take on the world’s oldest libation. We specialize on packing big flavor into relatively lower alcohol meads. Balance is our number one goal, and whether it’s a dry and sparkling session strength (4.5%-8% abv) or traditional wine strength, sweet, and still (not carbonated) with additional spices, you’ll find balance across the board. We like to showcase fresh fruit and innovative flavor combinations to create something irresistible to the senses.

What is mead?
Mead is the oldest fermented beverage known to man. Known to the ancient Greeks as, the nectar of the gods, mead is a delicious beverage made from three simple ingredients - honey, water and yeast. As simple as mead can be, Cloud City uses modern methods to put a unique spin on an ancient process. By incorporating tons of fresh fruit to create unique flavor profiles that are light, refreshing and inventive. Naturally gluten-free, sweetened only with real honey and fruit.
